Replacement of faulty ac of LG brand

I have purchased a LG brand new a/c on 11.04.2016 from its dealer Biswal sales, Jajpur,Odisha.

After installation of first its found that the Ac has manufacturing defect. Then we have launched a complain (vide Complain no.RNA160415062697) to LG electronics pvt. ltd. Their technician came & repaired it but same problem found after half an hour. They again came & said that its Dealers fault that the dealer send the unauthorized person to complete the installation.

But now we are contacting both the dealer(Mr. Biswal,MOB-9238365724) & LG persons(Mr. Santosh,Sales man of Lg at biswal sales,Mr. Sidhu singh, Branch manger jajpur, Manas Swain Lg head Jajpur,mob-7205792936) but no one response to it.Also we are contacting more than 5 times to LG customer care but they are only giving assurance but doing nothing. Now what we have to do.

So we request you to please do the needful for us to replace the AC or return the money back,
