REGARDING REFRIGERATOR COMPLAINT WITH SS COMMERCIAL , DISPUR , GANESHGURI

With due all respects i would like to share , what actually SS Dealer responsed regarding my fridge problem,
I (Consumer) purchased a Refrigerator of Kelvinator on 14/06/2016 from Ganeshguri SS commercials. The product was under warranty period of 2 years. On the month of april 2018, the refrigerator got damaged. Then the I contacted the dealer i.e. SS commercials regarding this. Then they told me that they will talk with the company and they will be sending an technician to repair it. On 30/05/2018, a technician came claiming that he was send by SS commercials to repair it. After repairing the fridge he charged Rs.3000 (with receipt) for repairing the fridge. On the next day , same problem persists after repairing it. Then again I went to SS commercials regarding this. Then they told me that they didn't send anyone to repair it, again the i call the customer care of Kelvinator company. But they replied that they had not recieved any complaint regarding this and they has not send any technician to repair his fridge.
