refrigerator 307 Litres not working

On dated 15 november 2019 I complaint for my refrigerator and Customer care agent Msg Complaint ID LG-6232911911141 and tell fees for engineer visit Rs. 350 only. next day 16 November 2019 Videocon dealer Ajmer Rajasthan call me and demand for Rs 450 as visiting fees only. when i tell him actual fees Rs.350 then the dealer cancel my complaint with coment that i am not paying the engineer fees. after thet i also complaints on 18 november 2019 Complaint no. LG-6232911911182 and on dated 22 November 2019 i again made a complaint for the same and my complaint no. LG-6232911911214. my all complaint are rejected by Ajmer VIDEOCON Dealer.
