Poor quality issue, purhased a samsung freeze model RT47H5679SL from samsung dealer VG sales

We have purhased a samsung freeze model RT47H5679SL from samsung dealer VG sales , sahibabad through bill no 291 dated 06/05/2014 , amount  Rs 54,000.00. This freeze has started giving problem after 6 months of operation and the same was conveyed to the customer cares samsung. From than it is almost 2 years have gone by and we have made almost 100 complaints to the customer care against which they have made almost 50 visits to attend the complaint. In these 50 visits they have changed almost every part of this freeze but they cannot rectify the problem. It clearly indicates that there is some manufacturing defect which samsung doesnot want to cover . And on the other hand we are suffering a lot as not only our hardly earned money has gone in vein but also it seems very unsafe for our family to allow the engineers to enter into our house every third day just for attending the same complaint of the same freeze as me and my wife both are working and both my daughters are just 7 years and 3 years old .
