No services provided over defective fridge in gaurantee period

i have LG refrigerator model number GC-D432LAM/2015 which i purchased on .My refrigerator is still in guarantee period but it is not working properly. I called LG customer care number to book my complaint on 19th April (Complaint number RNA160421015724) and they assured me that the problem will be checked within 48 hours but no one called me back or visited my house. I called again on 22nd of april and got to know that my complaint was registered in false name. I made a new complaint again on 22nd of april (complaint number RNA 160419096807) and the assured me that my problem will be fixed in 24 hours but still no one called me or visited my house.I was given the mobile number of Mrs. Anju (CCo) LG services south delhi but she did not pick up my call even though i called her several times. I am in very much distress and request that strict action to be taken against this company and they should fix my problem of the fridge.
