Money debited from my account but status is still showing "Payment Pending" on WhirlPool website.

Hi,

I made a transaction of rs 25390 on 04-Mar-2016 12:03 AM to purchase whirlpool 360 washing machine on www.whirlpoolindiawstore.com with order number 102196.


Money has been debited from my account but status is still showing pending payment on the site. Citibank and payU are saying transaction was successful from their end but WhirlPool is not confirming anything.

Can you please look into this matter?
