Dear Sir / Madam,
This has reference to our RNP No. 190330006843 regarding LG Refrigerator not working since last 06 Days. Upon Complaint the Staff who attended our phone call regarding the same have been giving excuses regarding non availability of required parts for the said machine. On our request to give us a time line he gave us time 09th April 2019.
I also wish to bring to your kind notice that the OEM has been giving time but have never ever fulfill their promise.
You are requested to please look into the matter and oblige by doing the needful at the earliest.
