Fridge complaint against samsung india for non refund of invoice value despite co committment

I bought fridge on 6/4/16 within one month its bottleguard broken,itis overflowing water when defreedged comes inside the fridge co engineers said itcannot be rectified the co after lot o f conmplaints decided to refund the invoice value and got all the paper executed and got thrugh its own staff on 13/07 since then despite repeated reminders they are not refunding and telling that it will take some more time to refund how much i have to wait the ceo has also been requested throgh their complaint desk but no response at all
