Complaint against SAMSUNG fridge not providing a good solution no cooling

I bought a SAMSUNG fridge in August 2012 for Rs. 25500 having a Warrantly of 10 years on compressor.

After 2 years, in December 2014 the first problem occurred in the fridge.

There was no cooling and the fridge was competely dead. Technicians came and they were not able to find the issue, they just filled the gas. It costed me Rs. 2000.

Again the same issue occurred after 6 months and they provided the same fix. Again I paid Rs. 2000

I am facing the same issue now and this time the technician advised that the there is an internal leakage and it can't be repaired.

SAMSUNG Customer care advised that we can only pay Rs. 3000 which they calculated based on 22-23 % depreciation per year.

This is not acceptable to me. Either the issue should be fixed or they provide the replacement.
