Complaint about Samsung Refrigerator

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have purchased a Refrigerator from Samsung on 24.05.15. In the said Refrigerator have cooling problem since the date of purchase. I'm following this case from Samsung from last one year the whole year they have visited many times and changed many parts of it but the problem is continues finally I'm here to request you to look into the case and take Appropriate action against Samsung India as from last one year I’m mentally frustrate to write mails and do phone calls to them.
