Respected Sir/Madam,
I purchased a 1.5 Ton Split Air Condition of Voltas Company on 10.06.2015 from MEGASTAR ELECTRONICS, Panchkula (Haryana) with serial no 4551814A15D009502. At the time of purchased the dealer confirmed me that the AC will work on Android App. But the same was not working on Android App. Last year the company confirmed me that the AC will work on Android Lollipop. Now I purchased the phone with Android Lollipop. But still the app is not working. I called the customer care. Now the statement of the company is different. Now the customer care representative telling that our team is working on the same and the app will work soon. Both the statement are different. Last year they were telling the app will work on Android Lollipop and now they are telling the company is working on the app. It seems that the dealer & the company both are cheating to customers. The AC work with the app is approximately 5000/- costly than the normal AC. You are requested to look in the matter, solve my problem.
