Today I paid Rs.100/- for topup my talktime, the credit balance was Rs.32.00 only.

Today I paid Rs.100/- for topup my talktime & I was suppose to get credit for 81.75 for my talktime.

I surprised on checking, just after recharge, the credit balance was Rs.32.00 only. I was not credited for 81.75. why ??

Please look in to the matter & do the needfull.
