TataSky recharge not done but amount got debited from account via SBI MVisa

I tried to recharge TataSky of Rs. 500 via SBI ANYWHERE APP M-VISA through netbanking on 30/7/2017. Amount got debited from my bank account but tatasky account did not recharged. When I contacted to tatasky customer care then they asked me to wait for 48 hours to refund money. after 48 hours again I contacted to Customer care then they logged a complaint (Complaint no. - YYX0O7F) for this and asked to wait for another 72 hours. I got a call from them by saying that they can not do anything from their end and I should contact bank on this.
