Recharge Complaint Complaint Date: December 23, 2015

Sir I was done a net  recharge(aircel) in rupee 109 at 20 decmber but aircel company not hold recharge in my mobile. I consult mobile retaler and he talked to me, he is not responsible.I was trying to call aircel custmor cear but they are showing  to buzy tone.


Please suggest me what I will do.. transaction ID is DLR15122020282800369
