Recharge on wrong number by mistake

Recharge Complaint Complaint Date: January 27, 2016
I used the paytm wallet for the recharge of my reliance gsm mobile but by mistake the number entered was wrong. immediately i called reliance customer care but they said they dont have reverse policy. Where as paytm team says to contact your network operator.
