My point had cut but i did not get recharge i had recharged on 31/10/2018.so please complete my recharge process.points had cut 199500.mob no 7482089042

    Mcent browser tell me that 1000 coins are equal to 1 rupee. In my account already i have 116785 coins. So I'm need another 83000 coins for do the recharge. But it show me now 778746 points. It is blaming the customer. So please react and clear my problem
