I RECHARGE MY BSNL NUMBER ON 21/03/2019
RS 98 AT 11.39 AM. THROUGH MOBIKWIK.
IN MOBIKWIK APP ITS SHOWING RECHARGE WAS SUCCESFUL DONE.
SO I WAS CONATCT BSNL CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER , ON 21/03/2019 AND AS WELL AS ON 22/03/2019. THEY WERE SAID RECHARGE WAS NOT SUCCESFULLY DONE. AND TALKING WITH US VOGLUR LANGUAGE. . AND SAME RECHARGE FOR 98 ON FEB 7 2019 IT ALSO HAD NOT RECHARGE SUCCEFULL. JUST MY AMOUNT DEDUCTED BUT RECHARGE NOT HAPPENING. PLS REFUND MY AMOUNT RS 98+98=196
