RECHARGE FOR 6 MONTHS on 23/3/2108 amount INR 1743/-but it’s over within three months.

we have recharged DTH -3012100703 for 6 months validity on 23/3/2108 amount INR 1743/-but it’s over within three months.

I have called on customer care number where I have been told that Paytm has given fake promises and validity.

Same commutation has passed to Paytm team now they want in written communication from airtel DHT for the same.

I am not getting any response from any company.
