Respected sir/madam.most humbly I would like to share the I'll effecting behavior of free charge.com online payment company.I did on line recharge through I'd indiachandan4@gmail.com of free charge app on 21 sep 16 on no. 9531954768 of amount 110 vide net banking payment of SBI and it became successful vide txn no. FCVA160921474597480 dated 21 sep 16 . whereas I did nt received the balance.after mail to care@freecharge.com several complaints done but only reply that it will be updated in 48 hrs always come.very poor responces and hope very I'll effecting customers value and relation.its cause unnessexary stress.if not done then the amount should be refunded simply.in hope of urs intervention please and ura favourable help will boost up the moral of customers. Thanks sir.earlier ticket id 4244463,4250702,4257420 which I registered with free charge care but all gave same reply will be updated in 48 hrs and nothing progress.refer to earlier mail sir thanks to this consumer forum.free charge has refunded 110 rs in free charge wallet.really thanks to this platform which resolved the issues.although delayed but justice achieved.highly thanks to u all team and free charge also who cared after its process

FCDM171102679881494 dated 2/11/17 . whereas I did nt received the balance.after mail to care@freecharge.com several complaints done but only reply that it will be updated in 48 hrs always come.very poor responces and hope very I'll effecting customers value and relation.its cause unnessexary stress.if not done then the amount should be refunded simply.in hope of urs intervention please and ura favourable help will boost up the moral of customers.
