None refund of deducted unsuccessful top up recharge amount for Mobile No.8918121667

Sir/Mam I had recharged by 13.07.22 for Rs.2399/- through SBI Yono Light but recharge has not successful, When checked throughly my deducted amount has been transferred to the concerned Marchant (RELIANCEJIO) vide transaction id UHC4650846 on dated 13.07.22 but the concerned Marchant didn't refunded my deducted amount to my account till date in connection with unsuccessful top up recharge for Mobile No.8918121667. In this connection a transaction receipt is also attached for your reference. Request to process for needful actions to refund the deducted amount to my account as soon as possible please.
