I had made a payment of RS.399/-on 25.08.2019 at14.16 hours in the website www.airtel.in from my ICICI net banking through their payment gateway Citrus Payment Solution and compalained thereafter several times to recharge the amount in mobile no.7749803929 but no solutin has yet been made except conveying concern over the matter.
