Netflix India - Being charged two times in a month for Rs 800

I have been using Netflix for the past few months and the service has been good. I am using the Rs 800 a month Ultra HD plan.

This month while Rs 800 was deducted automatically from my card I got a second message of Rs 800 being deducted again.I checked my HDFC bank account details and saw it had indeed been deducted twice.

I spoke to Netflix via their online live chat. When I provided them the details they said that the other Rs 800 was a test case and it would be refunded soon. It has been 4-5 business days and there has been no response whatsoever.

I spoke to them today again and this time they give me to fill up a document and give it to my local law enforcement agency with no leads whatsoever. I am frustrated now. Please do something about this. I can provide the message screenshots and the bank payment transfer screenshots if need be.
