Jio recharge does not reflect, I did jio recharge 399 Rs. through payZapp

I did jio recharge 399 Rs. through payZapp, recharge has been successfully done, and i have received confirmation message from payZapp. but this recharge does not reflect in jio account and jio customer care told me we did not receive any request from payZapp.
