Jio and paytm - Recharged once but money deducted 8 times

I recharged my number 8178229760 on 9 june 2019 from my paytm wallet of number 9582899253. But with in the time span of 7 minutes 7 more times money deducted of same amount. I complained both jio and paytm about this but no response from them. Whenever i told them my issue, jio told me the this is paytm fault and paytm said ne its jio’s fault. Two months have past but they bith are nit refunding me back my money. Recharge was of ₹349 but money deducted was ₹2792. I also logged complaint with consumer forum but the gave a false reply and complaint was shut. Even i told jio to check monthly statement of all my jio numbers but still no action.
