Dear Sir

I am Sandeep Kumar Verma & i regular customer of Dish TV for 4 years my customer ID 01517561276.

I recharge Disth TV 2190/- (6 Month + 15 days Extra) dated 7th August 2016, My monthly plan rental 365/- All sports. My switch off date 23rd February, 2017. I call Dish TV Customer Care 01202550000 for setup box regarding. Your executive visit my house said, your set up box problem, please replace setup box from HD setup box (Cost 699/-) no other coast.

Suddenly call your organisation (Mr Ashish, Senior Technician, Tel: 0120-6136730) your switch off date 26rd Dec 2016 because your balance is complete & your monthly plan change 530/- (p.m)

So, please solve my problem how to change my plan without my permission, if i changed plan please show me any video clip or mail etc.

Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
