Don't recieve benifite of Extra talktime offer on my Reliance

After checking talk time offer on my Reliance no. 902462307 on *121# I Recharge my No. with Rs. 125. on *121# it was shown that Extra talk time offer Enjoy Rs. 135 talk time on recharge of RC125, Validity 21 days Recharge now. after this recharge I have got only Rs.105. Reliance consumer service representative tell that they don't have any information about *123# & nothing can done about it.
