The apartment was purchased on 20th May 2015, as per the sale deed. I have been facing seepage issue, and lately I have observed the cracks on the wall is getting longer and wider which gives me a treat as I stay with my family in this apartment with a 4 year old kid. In previous years I have brought the same under the notice of the builder Mr. Kalpesh Shah number of times, I have also raised this issue to Society Chairman and the committee but no one has helped me so far. I doubt if this construction was completed as per the guideline of RERA and Government. The building is not even 5 years old and it looks like its more than 10 years old, during monsoon all the walls of the apartment are wet due to seepage, and we have also experienced electricity leakage. And hence I would now like to file a case against the builder though Consumer Forum
