विषय:-घर खरेदी करताना बिल्डरला टोकन दिलेली रक्कम परत मिळवण्या बाबत.
मी विश्वनाथ राक्षे. गेल्या महिन्यात २६ जानेवारीला मी Wadhwa Wise City Panvel,येथे 1 BHK फ्लॅट माझ्या Rupay Card Swipe करून 50000 रुपये भरून बुक केला होता परंतु काही कारणास्तव मला या घराची बुकींग रद्द केली आहे.(पैसे भरलेले सबळ पुरावे माझ्या कडे आहे)
*तेव्हा मी त्यांना माझी भरलेल्या 50000 रुपये पुन्हा मला मिळवण्यासाठी विनंती केली तेव्हा मला त्यांच्या कडून आम्ही रक्कम परत करू शकत नाही असे उत्तर मिळाले.
मला खात्री आहे की तुम्ही मला मदत कराल.
मी तुमच्या मदतीची वाट पाहत आहे.
