Fan not working and horrible sound

Hi it's 9:02 Panvel to Thane local train. Fans are not working and facing this issue regularly. Horrible sound comes in one of the compartment don't know exact that compartment but I think it's behind the first class. Plz look into this matter as this is usually crowded train.
