maine octombar 2015 me ebay website se ricoh aficio sp3510 sf printer order kiya jab wo printer muje mila to wo sahi print nahi de raha tha jab maine ye baat company ko batai to unhone 4 baar enginear bheje but problem solve nahi kar paye aur last me unhone kaha ki print cartige ki problem hai isko change karwaye ye garantee me nahi aati jab maine wo printer private mecanice ko dikaya to problem printer me thi jiske baad printer sahi print dene laga but 1600 page print karne ke baad ab printer replecment cartige bata raha hai ab jab me complent batai to unone phir wahi jawab diya ki cartige change karwao 1000 print nikal lene ke baad hum isko solve nahi kar sakte jab wahi cartige same dusre printer me bilkul sahi work kar rahi hai
