एच पी प्रिंटर स्मार्ट टैंक ५०० प्रिंटर की सर्विस न कर एवं न ही प्रिंटर की कोई सूचना नही देते‚ कई बार प्रिंटर सर्विस के लिए शिकायत दर्ज किया गया लेकिन इनकी सर्विस बहुत ही खराब है न ही समय से सर्विस किया गया और न ही प्रिंटर में क्या खराबी है ये बताया गया‚ प्रिंटर दो महिने से अधिक होने पर न ही प्रिंटर के सर्विस की न कोई जानकारी दी गई और न ही प्रिंटर उपयोग के लिए कोई प्रिंटर दिया गया ।
