I had sent one Adidas shoe from Bramhanipal SO (Pin code-758082) to Bilaspur Haryana, Bhorakalan SO (Pin code - 122413). It was a return article for Flipkart warehouse located in Bilaspur, Haryana. Online tracking history says that my article arrived in bhorakalan SO on 18th March, same day it was out for delivery and was returned because door of the warehouse was closed. Within a time span of 1 hour, my article was packed for returning to Bramhanipal. When I got it, the packing was completely damaged, my shoes were stolen and in place of this, one hindi medium maths book had been kept. Hence i returned the article to Bramhanipal SO and launched an online complaint on indian post website. Simultaneously, I gave a written complaint at the Bramhanipal Post office too. It has been more than 2 weeks. I have not received any response. The article was of 3300 Rs. I am suffreing a lot in following up this case.
