Sir ,
I would like to inform you that on 8th August , 2018 I sent a packet containing Moto g 5S plus mobile with other accessories to Kota , Rajasthan through Speed Post . But unfortunately the damaged packet ( without mobile & other accessories } was reached at Kota Post Office on 14th August , 2018 . At the time of registration at Dinhata SPO ( 736135 ) the weight of the pkt was 640 gm , but as per declaration of the Postmaster General , Kota ( 324005 ) , when it reached Kota PO then the weight was 348 gm . They called my son in Kota PO and given the empty packet with an attested letter about the fact . My son has not signed any where on 14th August , 2018 .

I have already informed to the Police Station , SPO,Dinhata , HPO,CoochBehar ....... as well as online but till today I do not get any positive response even the online complain was closed on 23rd August,2018 .

Its my earnest request to you kindly do the needful . Necessary documents are attached herewith .
