Trackon Couriers — parcel not yet delivered and no proper response from relevant department

I had booked a courier from Bangalore on 20.06.2018 and it was supposed to be delivered within 3-4 days. But still now it has not been delivered. The website shows that the delivery has been put on hold from 23.06.2018. I contacted one Mr. Rama Das (His name was listed on Trackon website as point of contact for Garia area) and he simply told me that the area of delivery was out of their jurisdiction and not sure when it will be delivered. And on asking why is that so he very arrogantly told me to ask the agent who picked up my courier in Bangalore. And when asked for his superior's contact he responded with more arrogance that I should try and find it out the way i found his number.

In spite of repeated followup the parcel has not yet been delivered. It has some very important documents which had to be delivered on time.
