parcel didn't reach the destination yet due to mohan garden bad post service.

good evening sir/mam.

I live in Mohan garden Uttam Nagar and I had ordered something online as a parcel through India post office. The main issue is that when I track my parcel it shows it was here but the door was locked although nothing like this happens. Well nobody is supposed to wait all day outside of the house to see when our parcel is going to come. They can either ring bell or just call me as I have given the number, but they didn't do anything like this and shows that door was locked who won't be mad in this kind of situation which is illogical.
I hope you will focus on my issue and respond as soon as possible.
