Not getting maturity amount of NSC

I am Jay Prakash Sharma, son of Balkrishna Sharma has purchased following NSC from Post office Dhangu Road Pathankot. 145001 on dated 29.03.2010. NSC Registration Number : 4723 and 4729 , Certificate no. 46DD692928 to 46DD692931 (Four Numbers, amount of each 5000INR) I had given application for widthawal of maturity amount of NSC from Post office Jugsalai831006 on dated 18.04.2016. After one month from date of application I visited Jugsalai Post office to check status of application and met postmaster he said that Post Office is now online so payment can not be made from this post office so you visit post office where you has purchased NSC from. I visited PO office Dhangu Road Pathankot on dated 04.04.2019 ,here Sub Postmaster shown me record and said that NSC have been transferred to Jugsalai post office on dated 14.05.2106 where I had given application for withdrawal of maturity amount of NSC and also said that I can get money from Jugsalai post office only. According to postmaster of Dhangu Road, I again visited Jugsalai post office on dated 10.04.2019 and shown previous application letter(dated 18.04.2016) and told that my NSC has been transferred to Jugsalai post office from Dhangu Road Post office so that I will get money from jusalai post office only . Post master of Jugsalai checked their file but he did not find the transferred document but found my application letter which I had submitted on dated 18.04.2016. And then he got “Transfer Form” filled on dated 10.0.2019 from me again and sent enquiry to Dhangu Road Pathankot post office again . Post office of Dhangu Road Pathankot has replied on dated 26.08.2019 to Jugsalai post office in written as NSC transferred to Jugsalai post office on dated 14.05.2016. I have again visited to jugsalai post office on dated 13.09.2019 and seen the transfer document but postmaster said that as per order he can not give the maturity amount he will take approval from Sr. Superintendent post office, Golmuri -831003. Here also people are not clear how they will release payment of offline NSC which already has been transferred to online post office. Superintendent post office , Golmuri -831003 has not received document from Jugsalai post office for approval of payment till dated 27.09.2019. I want money from Jugsalai post office only because this post office has lost the transferred document and has not updated the NSC online. I am fad up with process of withdrawal of maturity amount because I am not getting my money after three year of application of withdrawal even after many follow up and alive. How will nominee get money when purchaser will die? This is known by the God only! I request you kindly review the case and resolve so that I can get money immediately.
