The consignment is of pickup and delivery.
On 11/03 /2020 i got a message that my product is out for delivery but courier boy neither received nor did he try to communicate.on 12 march he done the same and updated false report ( no response from the customer) .i talked to ekart he told he will deliver on 14march (given date).My concern is why they had txted me for delivery then.
They are deliberately delaying the product and wasting my time too .
