A consignment has been booked -(No. V45675610) ON 16.05.18 from Cuttack to Bhawanipatna through DTDC on priority service basis. I have paid Rs. 192/- more than the charges of normal services, for quick delivery of the consignment.
But it is quite disappointing that the same consignment is not yet delivered to consignee, irrespective of booking the same on priority mode.The consignment sholud be delivered within 48 Hrs. But after lapse of 5 days the material not delivered to me.
