Non-delivery of Article complain with India Post

I dispatched my letter to USA from Jalandhar City post office on 15th March, 2018 with tarcking ID EP477662718IN. On the website it has been updated till 19th March. However, my letter has not been delivered till date to the destination which is:

I have written a complain on India Post website on 30th March, 2018 but they have not solved my problem till now. Because of non-delivery of letter my career is at stake.
