Non delivert of important courier

Sir a courier was dispathed on my home adress on 24 Oct at my temparory adress at Hisar Haryana .But the same is not received to me till date. Courier was so important for me so I choose the courier service for delivery of the item on the time. I facing much problem due to not availablity of courier. I have already check tracking the same and found that courier has been reached to Hisar. But no any call or delivery received to me till date. That's not good I will take necessary action on the company and submit a RTI.
