I lost my courier

We have dispatched a courier from Delhi to Sikkim on 30/01/21, firstly they provide me wrong tracking no after requesting many time they gave me same tracking no again. But on tracking this tracking no again, we found that courier is at RANGPO from 05 FEBRUARY,2021. We tried our best but DTDC is not helping us, infact they did not proceed our complaint till now. We lost our valuable business relations dur to DTDC.
