I have booked a consignment, weighing 7.65 kg, on 08/10/2016 from Haridwar for delivery in Hyderabad at the following address:

The parcel content value is > Rs.30,000/- only (Rs. Thirty Thousand Only).

The consignment has not been delivered till date. On telephonic enquiry, I was informed on 12.10.2016 that the consignment/box was received in open condition and will be delivered in a day or two. Surprisingly, I have been now informed that my consignment is not traceable. I am very much aggrieved.
I have registered a complaint in national Consumer Forum on 18/10/16 (Docket No. 53317) and sent 07 reminders through emails quoting DTDC Docket No. However, I have not even received the acknowledgement.

    DTDC is the worst delivery service in the country. We shipped almost 6000 magazine copies. 5900 out of which were delivered on their tracking website. We checked from our clients if they received, a random sample of 500 clients was taken, and none of them were delivered. Moreover, their vendors have no courtesy to speak to their customers.

    80% magazines undelivered means we lose our future business + our current cost of publishing the magazine (i.e. 5 lakh + cost of courier (i.e. 2lakhs)
