No Action after 3 month FIR against my Husband

Hi,

My Name is Nazreen and I log FIR 38/16 against my Husband and there family on 22-Mar-16 under Act -498-A, 406 ,323, 354, 377, 313, 120-B IPC which is under process . It's almost more then 3 month passed away but still there is no action taken by Police .

I also write latter and mail to concern department on 23-May-16 but again I found there is no response find mail copy attach for the Ref.

I wrote latter and also log complaint to NCW

my complaint which is log on 24-May-16 at NCW on 24/May/2016 and has been allotted receipt number : 2014110119203.

Now when I check status found complaint was close as remark " Transfer to State Commission".


I had already give my 164 IPC statement to magistrate which also passed 2 month.

My whole jewelry and assets are at my husband home and they thereat me and my family to take complaint back other wise they will kill us.


My FIR no is 38/16 on date 22.03.2016 at Mahila Thana Jaipur ( North)
