They not giving my payment. Not allowing to withdraw my amount

I don't have enough amount to recharge and pay for order. So I want to quit the job and return my money which I have invested in it..or else return my previous orders amount which I had completed. They are not giving my money back. They saying first I have to complete order, but I can't complete because I don't have money anymore.
So it's humble request please accept my complaint and give my money back.
