I had purchase iteam amazon amount 360 payment through debit card Bassien Catholic Co-Op bank dated 1/10/2019 and refund intimainted by amazon dated 11/10/2019 but till date not received the paymment. amazon say i have process payment and given me ref no.928408435934 so please look at the matter and clear this issue.
