Paytm wallet Not get money in my bank but money is deducted frim my wallet

I had transfered Rs1000 from my paytm wallet to bank on 14 april2107 but still now i didnt revive my money and Rs 1000 is being deducted from my account from last 3days i am going on contacting customer care but no response regarding it my transction id is 9102960510 so please help me getting my money back
