Payment against Transcript services done to service provider "MailTranscripts.com" of rupees 5664 INR on 23/07/2018 with Application ID 31582. Paymet ID: 201381625. Merchant Order ID: 7459fa2004cb355d8b73. The process for transcripts started on 26/07/2018 with ETA of 09/09/2018. On 30/07/2018 i mailed to stop the service and asked for refund. But to my notice it was bought that the refund would of only courier services i.e. 0 INR. As per company policy (attached image) it is clear that the processing fee would be deducted with GST and rest would be refunded.
