i have booked Readymade Garments from Yepme.com e-Commerce website on 08-Jul-2017 23:23 IST and i have paid by Online payment on same day through e-Banking (SBI A/c No. 20111674589) but my order was cancelled by the dealer. Till now I have not received my refund amounting Rs. 289/-. My product code is 33786461 My Registered Mobile No. is 8946966108. Payment reference No. is IGABPUIVL2. I have called dealer (Yepme) many times but I have not received any response. Further I had also ordered Jacket and T-shirt and used my Coupon amounting Rs. 1700/- but due to defect in Jacket & T-shirt I had returned the products for which I have not received back my coupon. Order no. for Jacket & T-shirt is 33999019 which was delivered to me on 12/12/2017 and returned products on 24/12/2017. Kindly reimburse my payment (Rs. 289) with coupon worth Rs. 1700/-.
