श्री मान मेने paytm में सिकायत की मेरा paytm पोस्टपेड को बंद कर दे मगर उन्होंने मेरा paytm पोस्टपेड बंद नहीं किया और नहीं coustmar केयर वाले फ़ोन पर बात करते है जब मेने इस की जानकारी coustmer केयर को देना चाह तो उन्होंने 30 मिनिट तक कॉल को होल्ड पर रख देने के बाद कॉल को बंद कर दिया जिस के कारन मेने paytm को एक बार 4.25 रु. और एक बार 17.70 रु का बिल दिया है उनकी गलती की बजह से इस चीज का नुकसान बुगाताना पड रहा है अगर coustmer केयर में कॉल लग जाये तो वो लोग कहते है ये हमारे पास से बंद नहीं होगा और उनकी तरह से मुझे कोई सहोयोग नहीं मिल रहा है
श्री मन जिस कारन में अपने पड़ने में और ना किसी और में अपना ध्यान लगा पा रहा हु
अतः आपसे निवेदन है की ये सिकायत की आप जानकारी करे
