I have ordered 'Happy Diwali' 5sets in phool.com website (which is makes products of organic and environmental friendly with famous celebrities)and I opted COD but received only 3sets whereas on the description paper it was 5sets mentioned. After unpacking the box I found it as incomplete order and immediately contacted them through Watsapp but got no response. I had sent them a Mail on 12/10/2022 immediately to either refund the amount or to deliver the remaining to sets before Diwali, but Mr. Divakar one of their team member had given all lame excuses for doing it. it. Continuously I mailed them for 5days but no response from them after that. I am at lose for neither receiving the amount back nor for receiving the product and top of all this no response. Its been ten days and no clue from them.
